Do you offer custom jewelry?

I have a limited number of customs that I take on every month. I always make known any available slots I have on my Instagram, so keep an eye out!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I have added all shipping zones to my Shopify platform. Unfortunately shipping will be more expensive than shipping out of the country I am based in (USA). I am not responsible for customs fees and/or other international shipping taxes.

Do you offer pre-payments?

To be fair to everyone, I do not offer pre-payments. I announce the date and time of collection releases on my website and my Instagram page with plenty of time for you to prepare to get a piece you've been eyeing. If you really want a specific piece, I suggest you hop on my website right when the collection goes Live to ensure you snag it! 

How do I purchase?

All purchases are made via my website, www.rockyrita.com. I do not use any other platform (Venmo, Paypal, etc.) to sell. I do monthly or bi-monthly restocks and will announce the exact date and time of when the pieces I've been working on will go Live on my website. I do not have a Newsletter at this time, but all updates about restocks/collection drops are always announced on my Instagram feed with plenty of time for you to prepare!

Can a ring be resized?

The listing description will always contain information on whether or not a ring can be resized. Bands that are not already textured/hammered can be made a half a size larger, max. Check the listing description or use my Contact page to ask me. 

What materials do you use in your jewelry? 

.999 fine silver 

.925 sterling silver

ethically-mined and cut stones

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Can I return my jewelry? 

I always want you to be happy with your piece. Returns are at my discretion and you have a 10-day window to inquire about a return after receiving your piece. Please use my Contact page to explain why you'd like to return as I would be happy to discuss. 

Custom-made jewelry CANNOT be returned, so make sure you know your ring size, cuff size, neck size, etc. before booking a custom with me!

When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 1-3 business days, however if it is made-to-order then expect your piece to ship in 2-4 weeks.

Do you offer repairs? 

Yes, I will always try my best to accommodate repairs. Please use my Contact page to inquire about a repair.
